The Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon is the largest all-women’s event of its kind in the world. Since it started in 1983, there has been a total entry over 1.1 million women many of whom are Sacred Heart Past Pupils, including our own Perdita Quinlan who has taken part in 40 of them. She said she was hanging up her running shoes ... but she could not resist No 41!
The VHI Women’s Mini Marathon Benevolent Fund Team will walk, jog or run 10k on Sunday 4th of June at 12.30! This year we are doing it a little bit differently. We have a Team Target to raise €5000 and we will all share that target. We almost have 20 Past Pupils on the Team. We still have room for you? Can you raise €250 and help us achieve our goal?
You can join us from ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and complete the 10k - we will all be taking part together …. As a Team we are Stronger!!
What do you need to do? 3 simple steps
#1 Register for the Mini Marathon - www.vhiwomensminimarathon.ie if you are in Dublin and want to get a race number and medal.
#3 Download the Sponsorship Form below - the form includes a QR code that will make your help your fundraising easier.
