Learn How to THRIVE through this Life Stage!


Thrive is a small exclusive event being held in Mt. Anville House for Sacred Heart past pupils & those associated with the school. Numbers are limited to 50. The day will include Information on Menopause – Skincare - Nutrition – Sleep – Movement - Meditation. A nutritious lunch will be provided along with healthy snacks, tea/coffee, herbal tea & water.

TREASA SPRAGG – Sleep Optimisation Coach: Movement & Positive Life Advocate:


Treasa is passionate about helping others to be happier and healthier through better quality sleep. She is a gifted presenter & shares fantastic tips with her audience, on ways to optimize your sleep quality. Expect to move and laugh in this session as opposed to dozing off!


HELEN MAC DEVITT – Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist


Pelvic Floor Masterclass - tips to self-treat pelvic floor disorders such as stress incontinence. Recent research has shown that up to nearly 60% of women have described some pelvic floor complaint. It is important to address symptoms early if you suspect that you have any problems. The focus is on improving control, strength and confidence.


SUZANNE KENNY– Pilates Practitioner.


Suzanne has a wealth of knowledge built up over 25 years in Pilates, fitness, strength, flexibility and movement. She has recently opened a new studio OriginPilates on Goatstown Road.




SR. MARY SHIEL RSCJ – Religious Representative on The Benevolent Fund


Mary has a wealth of experience behind her and has offered to do a Meditation Session with a breakout group on the day. The emphasis will be on breathing, relaxation and re-centering oneself.
